Our Coast Design and Timberstone collections are examples of plans that we offer. The Timberstone plans are primarily modular home plans with site-built architectural features. The Coast Design plans are primarily Smart Panel plans with a few modular designs mixed in. Timberstone and Coast Design are not factories; They are design creators. We can use one of the plans shown here or create a new custom plan for you that works perfectly on your lot.
