Discovery Custom Homes is your semi-custom modular green builder throughout California. As of 2/10, we now have access to all Discovery plans throughout the state. A lot of our clients want a two-story home but do not want to build a big 2,500 sq. ft. home. The Radford has all of features you want, including a ground floor master, open kitchen, and an upstairs family room or office without getting too large or costing too much.
