Discovery Custom Homes - Green Building is a Standard Feature
 
Discovery Custom Homes is your semi-custom modular green builder throughout California.  As of 2/10, we now have access to all Discovery plans throughout the state.  In the past they were only available in northern California.  With a wide range of floor plans, Discovery offers many plans that can match your lifestyle.
 
Green building is not optional with Discovery Custom Homes. Every home is built to the strict Designer Series standard specifications including the Earth Advantage green building program  and will provide some of the base specifications toward other green building certifications like LEED for Homes and Build It Green's "Green Point Rated" .
